Meet Carla!

Carla (Cece) is a beautiful 1-year-old Shepherd mix with the sweetest, most gentle spirit. Just a few months ago, she was found as a very scared dog who had never experienced the comfort of a home. Since then, she has made incredible progress and continues to blossom more every day.

Cece can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness she quickly shows her playful, affectionate side. Watching her learn to trust has been truly special.Her biggest confidence boost comes from other dogs. She absolutely loves her canine friends and would thrive in a home with another friendly dog to help guide her and bring out her goofy, happy personality.

Cece is truly the best girl and is ready to find a loving home that will continue helping her shine.
